Nicole will teach you how to make a presentable and delicious charcuterie board. In class, you’ll learn basic techniques, including how to: make a salami rose, use the “star” cut fruit technique, style and slice a variety of cheeses, make an herby goat cheese log, and build and elevate your board with bright fresh flavors and colors for spring. After the demo, we’ll snack on our delicious spread!
