The Chocolate Lab
Chef Hendrickson will take us on an exploration of fifteen different chocolates. We will learn how chocolate is made, and how to “train our tongue” to differentiate the various flavors. Then, we will learn some interesting facts about chocolate, past and present. Finally, we will discuss the various healthy aspects of chocolate. Numerous tastings will take place through the program.
